Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee gives you an additional voluntary return option alongside your statutory rights. Your statutory rights—especially for defects or an incorrect delivery—remain fully unaffected and are not restricted by this guarantee.

2. Covered goods and geographic scope

The guarantee covers physical products ordered through mlineart.de and delivered to an address in Germany or the United States. It expressly includes personalized physical products. Statutory claims relating to defects or an incorrect delivery are handled separately.

3. Guarantee period

The guarantee period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

4. How to make a claim

Send a clear statement including your order number to service@mlineart.de within the guarantee period. Please wait for our return instructions, then send the goods back complete and without undue delay to the return address provided.

5. Condition and inspection

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. The guarantee does not cover goods that were deliberately damaged or damaged through use beyond normal inspection. Please package the return carefully and return the product complete.

6. Return shipping costs

If a faultless and correctly delivered product is returned simply because you do not like it, you bear the direct return shipping costs. Defects, shipping damage, and incorrect deliveries are handled separately under your statutory rights; a valid remedy remains free of charge.

7. Refund

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned goods. If you return the complete order, this guarantee also covers the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method selected by you are not refunded. The refund is generally made using the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed.

8. Relationship to statutory rights

This guarantee exists in addition to statutory warranty rights and any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply. It does not replace, shorten, or limit those rights.
